What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaboration, discovery and accountability partner helping you create your future. As a coach my goal is to help you create a plan to light up your life. Overcome any fears, limiting beliefs or obstacles in your way. Coaching is a partnership. I will offer transfomational processes including visualizations, meditations etc. that will help you move forward and release things that may be holding you back. Coaching can get emotional, it is about being honest with yourself and with me. We do it together!

Can I book a Discovery Session?

Absolutely! Discovery sessions will help you determine if coaching is the right route for you at this time. You can learn more about my process with clients, ask any questions you may have and explore what coaching will be like for you. We will explore some general topics that you would like coaching around and the many packages and prices that are offered.

What are your fees?

The initial Discovery session is free. Upon completion of that we will discuss the different packages and rates that are available for each service. There is a discounted rate for each level of package and a few sliding scale spots available.

What will I get out of this?

That depends on you. Each client has individual goals that they want to obtain. I cannot force you to do anything, nor would I want to. Part of the coaching process is helping you stay accountable to your own goals, giving you tools to help accomplish them, helping discover and remove any barriers to your progress and motivating you along the way. Think of it is personal training for life. However, if you are not open to change and different perspectives it becomes more challenging to achieve your goals.

What is a session like?

Each session can vary depending on what you need that particular week. Typically we will review any action items from the previous session, progress check on where you are in meeting your goals and have a goal for that session that leads you toward your ultimate goal (which may change as we progress). We may use some visualizations, or transformational tools through the session and set action items for the next time.
